Make sure all your battery connections and grounds are clean and tight. Make sure your new battery actually has a charge on it. (Do other electrical systems work?) After that I would suspect the starter, but there are a bunch of electrical components in modern cars that can also fail, so trouble shoot it properly before starting to buy and replace random parts.
