Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Traction control makes back brake kick on while on dyno making it difficult to control while on dyno and cant get emissions done until it can get fixed. There is no light on on dashboard saying traction is on or off , the button only lights up brighter when holding down. Is this a controller issue ?

Probably because the front wheels are running faster than the rear wheels. A four wheel dyno would solve that. Did you turn off the TC?

yes we were on a 4 wheel dyno and the traction control is on all the time as far as i can tell. There has never been a light on dash that says its on or off and the button is lit and only gets brighter when its pushed in and goes back to normal when not pushed.. anyone who has a 2005 ,do you have a traction control light on dash

Your button is shot, also its not getting brighter as in more power is going to the button, its getting brighter because there's a light in it and when you push the button in your getting closer to the light so it seems brighter.
