where is high beam switch

I have 2003 350 ZX, when I have comb switch is in the push back position for High Beam, I loose complete power. Radio has to resyic all Am/Fm stations. It the loss of power. I had to call AAA to charge Battery, they ran test everything was good, starter/,battery/ and all attributes.
