what could be the problem when your engine is making clicking noises, and when you hold down the breaaks it shakes

clicking noises can be that your low on oil or your valves are tapping....... as for the brakes, it could be that your engine mounts are worn or you might have a brake booster issue..... good luck!

it could also be warped or uneven wear on your brakes if it shakes. also make sure the brake fluid is full and clean.

my 2000 use to do that when i needed an oil change, try a thicker oil.. should help, but deff sounds like a valve tap, as far as the brakes, its gotta be warped rotors
