had similar issue, mine: turned over (had new battery) Alternator fine turns out - STARTER - is the culprit. common issue - local Auto parts - reasonable price

oops - one more thing- Jumping it wouldnt help (obviously) due to it being starter.

You try cleaning the battery terminal? http://www.familyhandyman.com/automotive/car-wont-start-heres-what-to- do/view-all My hubby a 240SX and that seemed to be a recurring problem.

if not any light is on the dashboard cluster is the lock cylinder need to replace the
