I warped the head of my motor on a 99
Nissan altima.....is there a way I can
get the warped parts replaced without
havn to get a new/used motor?  

****BUT****

If I do need another motor.....what
other kind of motor would work on my
car if I can't get the one I actually
need?

How did you "warp" it? how do you know it is "warped"? only a machine shop can tell what is wrong with that head- are you sure it isn't just a blown head gasket? so many questions- I can't see how a '99 Altima would be worth the time and money- maybe a head gasket but major surgery?
