Question type: Maintenance & Repair

3 months ago I had the oil change and the transmission Flushed at the dealer. Since then there is this clicking noise (like sowing machine) that can be heard on the driver side when all windows are closed. The noise is more apparant when the car comes to a low speed, or stop, and at take off. Lately the noise has been accompanied by a knocking which sounds like cylander head knocking. This new sound is heard only at stop lights when idle is low.
I have taken the car to 2 dealers and they can't seem to pinpoint the problem. Please help...
