IT CAN GO AND GO FAST STILL BUT THE PUTTER A LITTLE IN THE
BEGINNING AND THE NOISE IS NOT NORMAL

Get an OBDII scan and eliminate a lot of guesswork. A Lexus ECU automatically shuts off the VSC/TRAC whenever a fault is detected in the power train so no non-driver controls are applied to wheels---throttle or brake. Hence the light. There is nothing wrong with the VSC.

This happened in my 4runner. Ended up being the gas cap was not producing a good seal.
