My 2007 ES 350 Lexus VCS and check light came on. My car will not go faster than about 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Get the obd-ii codes read or do it yourself with your own handheld unit...auto parts stores will do this for free...if the fuel pressure regulator hose came off would issue something like this and would not be seen by the OBD~
