why won't my 1992 lexus es300 start it turns over but won't start

bad fuel pump,crank scensor,blown ecm or pcm fuse,when you turn the key switch on,do you here a humming sound from gas tank.if so rule out fuel pump,and fuses.

Checked fuel pump even took it off and checked it but wat is a pcm or ecm I don't have a repair guide

is fuses for your computer,if blown wont start,could also be a bad crank scensor.
