have '04 lexus rx330 makes a humming noise when in drive while foot on brakes. When put in part it stops. Any idea?

This humming noise occurs when the car is stopped while in drive and also, when
backing.  It is somewhat undescribable.  Best descriptions is humming/muffled rattle

I have a 2004 ES 330, this is very similar to my problem. Did you change the bake pads and did this take care of the noise.
