Truck starts but when engine warms up it won't start if I let it sit for alittle it will start or if I jump it it will start what is going on

Vapor lock. You have to let the vehicle cool down a little after you shut a vehicle off or fuel vaporizes in the lines and it wont move through them

K but it only started really bad after my exhaust fell off from the catalaytic conveyer back could that have something todo with it?

Did you fix that? If your exhaust is going anywhere but down the tailpipe then the heat from the exhaust could also be heating up the fuel lines.
