My altima has 200,000 miles on it..some days it drives and sounds like a new one...Now it has begins to shake and knock when i crank it. I leave it sitting for a day or so and it will crank and run

Had it towed to a Nissan dealership for repair. They put on a new motor mount to take care of the knocking sound. And according to the ticket..a gas treatment was put in the car...and a new ignition coil was put on. $705 for repair and parts, $125 for towing about 30 miles.
