Rattle in engine area

Looking at buying a 2004 Nissan Altima but the
owner describes the car as having a loud rattle
while running under the hood...it doesn't overheat
or die tho but they stopped driving it and don't
know the cause of the noise...any suggestions as
to what would cause this rattle noise??

Just stay away and dont buy the car. ...any noise cant be good, buy something else
