Best way to play audiobooks in 2020 X3 that doesn't have CD player

With a 2020 BMW X3, we want to play CD's so we can listen to "Books on Tape" for long rides. It does not come with a CD player. Is there a compatible CD player that we can get so we can play the Audiobooks we have?

I would load them onto your phone and use Bluetooth or load them onto a memory stick if your stereo will accept a memory stick.
