This car is listed at $6,397 but when I contacted the dealer they raised the
price.  Why did this happen, somebody is listing the wrong price.

No, it's the Dealer being a jerk. I've had that happen to me. I just keep shopping and don't play into the Dealer's games. Hope that helps! Jim
