just changed my 1993 Mitsubishi gallant automatic
transmission gear box . now when I put the car in
drive the engine goes off. please help

Does it stall as if the transmission is locked up? Was the engine running OK with the old transmission?

connector jack to trans.with many wires may be different configuration wires, you would have to see the other doner car ,yikes!
