HOW CAN I TELL IF I HAVE RUNFLAT WHEELS ( NOT TYRES ) I'M
THINKING OF FITTING RUNFLAT TYRES BUT NOT SURE IF WHEELS ARE

There is no difference in the wheels, you only need to make sure they are equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) connected to the maintenance module of the car. Run flat tires are stiffer on the sidewalls and it is hard to tell when they are running with low air pressure. There are some older BMW models that don't use TPMS like the E90, they can tell when a tire is running on low air pressure trough the ABS speed sensor by differentiating the rolling resistance among the 4 tires https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Maunq29ow2U
