Question type: Shopping & Pricing

I was about to consider you and saw,,,,,

AlApr 24, 2020 Spoke to 3 different people. Took over a week for them to send
me pictures of the car. I attempted to give a cash offer of $3800. The car was
on lot for $4000. They didn’t respond and during that week they increased price
to $5000. They then told me they spent money on car and wouldn’t sell for the
price. I wanted to purchase the car as is before they put money into it but sells
people never followed up with after calling over 6 times.4 people found this

few questions listed and it took several days to get a response. I purchased
from a more responsive dealership.3 people found this review helpful.
Mark helpful No Bait & Switch

Feb 25, 2020They practice bait & switch. After test driving and deciding to
purchase the car, the price (before doc fees and TTL) increased $3,200 (20%)
over the advertised price for a non-voluntary "protection plan" and
"reconditioning fee". What a joke. Stay away.9 people found this review

Feb 12, 2020Got passed around to 3 finance guys trying to get their numbers to
add up. Never could get a straight answer about extra fees and interest.8

Jan 30, 2020Very disappointing. Drove more than 2 hours to this dealership
because of an online price they had for one of their SUVs. Had an appointment
and it still took them 15 min to get around to us. Finally got to test drive the
vehicle but was disappointed in the number of scratches and amount of
damage to the outside that was not mentioned online. But the real kicker was
when we asked for the price, the one they gave us was almost 10K over what
was posted online! They had added all these extra costs and fees in addition to
the expected TTL and would only take off 2K after negotiations. I had seen this
was an issue from other reviews but thought it would be changed because all of
the responses from the dealership said they would fix it. Apparently not.
Needless to say, we didn't buy the vehicle and won't ever be going back.10

Jan 11, 2020BUYER BEWARE. LOW PRICE ONLINE BUT HIGH FEES. SUV
was advertised online for $21,847 + TTL and “fees” (in line with the market).
Online I was offered out the door (OTD) at $24.3K. Went to test drive & car was
CLEAN,drove well except for a big scratch and a missing piece of the rear view
mirror. Notes for my negotiation later on. I asked for more details on the “fees”
so I could understand what they were charging me for. This was now my 3rd
time asking. I guess the finance guy didn’t realize that I had already gotten an
OTD quote in writing. The “fees” he presented took the car to over $25K.
Service package fees, tint fees, wheel lock fees and “other” fees. I asked them
“Why are you trying to sell me stuff I don’t need? Please remove the service
fees, tint & wheel lock fees and let’s start the convo using the advertised price +
TTL.” They refused, claiming that the fees are “all included” and they “need to
sell their stuff”. That was the end of that convo. Definitely very shady.6 people

Jan 10, 2020Be careful of internet prices. They will not sell to you unless you
purchase add ons. CPO protection warranty, Tint/Tire wheel lock. financing with
rebate. These are negotiable but you have to purchase several for them to
honor the on-line price. So add about $2k to the listed price for add ons plus
TTL.6 people found this review helpful.Mark helpful Ali
Jan 2, 2020The dealer sent the first basic monotonous pre-made
communication email. The dealer never answered the questions that were
pretty basic about the vehicle. Kept insisting to come to the dealership without
providing ANY price information or incentives of any kind. Sean Whittles was
the sales guy assigned to me. I would NOT recommend this dealership
