I determined I have a short in my system somewhere. Its affecting my 12v adapters and radio and occasionally the drivers seat controls, and has recently started affecting my hand brake.

Take it to a parts store and have them test the Alternator sometimes the regulator will go bad and put out to much power . that will affect everything eventually .
