Got a oil change 10mins later I noticed a big
puddle of oil. The next day Drove 10 miles not
knowing all the oil leaked out.. got it home it died.
tried cranking it the next day it was smoking.. and  
checked oil put more in.. called a friend and he
noticed the shop didn't remove the old gasket..
from motor when he put my new filter on. Now I'm
MY CAR SHAKES REALLY BAD ESPECIALLY WHILE
SWITCHING GEARS AND ACCELERATING.. STOPS
SOMETIMES.. SEEM ENGINE SHAKES AS WELL

SAVE that old gasket! You are likely going to have to take some action in court to get compensated for the ruined engine! That old gasket material left in place when they removed the old filter caused your oil to leak out. It's also evidence you're going to need. In the meantime quit driving the damn thing, especially as you know there is no oil in it. Don't let them buffalo you into accepting some token compensation, like additional oil changes, none of that is going to replace an engine.
