Dear lilmoe29-- If you go to www.Crutchfield.com, they will tell you that your 1992 Ford Ranger has 7.25 inch speakers in the dash, 6.5 inch speakers in the doors and 6X8 speakers behind the seats. They will also sell you the speakers you need and show you a video of how to install them. If you call them, ask for Sparky and tell him I told you to call. Good luck from Bovan.
