Can you tell me what is leaking under my car?

I have a 2019 Kia Soul.  I've recently noticed a darkened area on the concrete at the front of the car just inside the passenger front tire. It's not water.  Any ideas what could be leaking?  Thanks

what color is the fluid? Your car is under warranty, maybe have Kia look it over?
