Lights turned on for a couple of seconds

I happened to be outside at dusk to witness this: all of a sudden the headlights on my Ford F150 turned on for a couple of seconds and then went out. The key was in the house and I was home alone. The truck is almost a year old and has less than 5000 miles on it.

Possibly something with the anti-theft device in the car? Was there a lot of wind blowing at time or after a loud noise? If you cannot replicate the problem, don't waste your time dropping it off at the dealership for a few days. It will sit in their repair lot and no one is going to be there watching if it happens again.
