Battery drains in a few minutes, after I got a jump, I changed my alternator and it's still not working

First is the new alternator good? Second is all your ground wires to and from your alternator good? Good contacts and not broken? Do a voltage drop test on the positive and negative sides. Another thing to consider is if the battery is good.
