the water hose going into the box just below the left side of the glove box is leaking water on the passengers side on the floor. How can this be fixed?

the water hose letting water into a vent covering inside the car below the left side of the
glove door,near the floor. Water is getting the carpet wet. How do I fix the problem?

This is the drain for the box,must be stopped up,you will have to run something in it to clean it out where water can drain outside,instead of in floor board,it is under car,passenger side,little hose as you see inside.
