2006 Mercury Grand Marquis

Asked by CarsRTrouble Aug 24, 2019 at 04:52 PM about the 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a 2006 Grand Marquis that hasn't been driven in about a year and it won't start. New battery, lights work, radio works, etc, but it won't turn over. It sounds like the fuel injector kicks in when you turn the key. We checked the connectors that we could reach, and the ignition fuses in the passenger area and under the hood. Any other ideas?? Thanks!

Also replaced the gasoline filter inside the fuel tank or outside attached to the line fuel. Also use a scanner to get the info computer car and see if show a fail sensor related to the fuel system or similar systems like crankshaft sensor or MAP sensor...and replace and don't forget reset the computer system car...need a professional technician and scanner ti do it
