2018 Ford Edge, only 11,000 miles. Radio will not shut off and cannot control loud volume

Question type: General

When 2018 Ford Edge turned off, open door and
closed.. radio still on. Left it for two hrs, came back
and radio still blaring. Turned car on and off and still
blaring. I won’t drive it. Instrument panel  black.
Can’t see how fast you’re driving. This is serious..

If you bought it new then it’s under warranty go raise hell at your local dealership.
