my 68 chevy truck wont trun over had battery charged starter checked n still nothing

Is it you trucks wiring. The wiring from your battery to the ignition switch, the ignition switch or the crank lead back to the starter my be damaged. The main power cable from the battery to the starter may be damaged. Use a multimeter or a test light and trace the circuit out. Quick test of the battery, main cable and starter is to jump the starter out from the main cable to the crank terminal on the bendix. Try not to touch any threads as the arc may damage them. If it turns over it is the ignition or associated wiring
