Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Are the battery cable splice repair kits worth it? I'm

Your correct many cables can oxidize/ corrode.. UNDER the insulation creating very high resistance, just replace the complete cable there not very expensive. I've checked cables, (multimeter) that "look" great that can barely carry any current (resistance is so high) through them!
