How do keep the plug on the socket so I can get it out?

I can't seem to get the sparkplug stickt to the socket so I can get it out.Give me some hints.

use a short piece of vacuum hose to remove the loose plug .. It also helps when installing the new plugs too.

I also use a small extension magnet to get mine out. Also use it to ease them back down In as to not damage the tip. The best is what Tom mentioned. Spark plug socket with the rubber insert.

3/8 in rubber hose and 12 in in length or your choice in length depending if there is anything in the way
