I have a 2001 Lincoln Town Car that seems like its not getting gas while driving.

I have replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and it is still doing this. Will be driving along and it starts to buck and sputter and the check engine lights blink then it smooths out. It does this at lower speeds also and while idling now.

Could be dirty fuel injectors.
