3 times Ive come outside to find that the motor was running on my 2017 RAV 4
HYBRID Im afraid to put it in the garage because of this

Are you keeping your keys in the car or near it? Try keeping them farther away.

Or if you carry the fob in your pocket try clipping it to your belt loop instead. Coins or other things in your pocket may be pushing the fob buttons. I've had that happen to me. Strange but true! Hope that helps! Jim
