Went yo Richmond Kia to look at 2 cars advertised by Car Gurus and neither one was available he could not show us the vehicles

Car Gurus does not advertise cars. The dealers do. CG's is just a site where they post the ads much like Cars.com and others.

Car dealers do sell cars. They don't keep them on the lot as ornaments.
