Different tires size will afect the transfer box?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I intend to buy an BMW xdrive 525d. It s equipped with diferent back tires  
(bigger) compared to those approved by the producer. Nevertheless, they are  
mentioned in the CIV.

All wheel drive vehicles need 4 matching tires or it can damage the transfer case.
