My car is bogging and will die after pushing my foot to the throttle.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Kia sportage 1998. Manual transmission.
My car is bogging and not driveable.  I'm thinking vacuum
leak but I've spread brake fluid on all the air hoses and have
seen no change.  There is also water and a combination of
what seems like oil coming out of the exhaust.  I'm lost on
what else to do and have run out of ideas.

I would check the catalytic converter. You put brake fluid in the vacuum hoses? That is not a good idea. You must be thinking of carburetor cleaner. Water running out of the exhaust when the car is not fully warmed up is just condensation which is normal.
