Is a change in listing allowed in this scenario?

Question type: Shopping & Pricing

So I went to JAB automotive today for a Honda Civic and I turned down their
offer. When I came back they called me up to make an offer and apparently
they bumped up the price of their Honda Civic 500 since I checked and tried
to use that as leverage in a negotiation with me, someone who refused them
when the listing price was 500 lower.

And I do not blame you I checked their site last night and the price was the
$9,399. It is now $9,900.
