Dealership screw up

What should I do the dealership sold me a truck
now a month and payment later they say it's in the
middle of a divorce and we really need it back.

It's yours now. They are SOL. If they REALLY want it back, they'll have to buy it back from you and pay off the loan in order to get the title. The bank is the lien holder, they will not relinquish the title until they get paid off anyhow. Now think about how much you paid in taxes, titling and registration fees, interest on the loan, and time wasted in all this, you'll need to get a lot more than what you paid for the vehicle to break even if you decide to let them have it back.
