What does it mean when ignition dosen't fire the engine. It just clicks and the dash lights flash.

I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta Manual. When turning the key in the ignition (with
the clutch fully depressed) the engine does not fire. The ignition just makes a
clicking noise and the dashboard lights flash.

battery or alternator bad. have a load test done on battery first.
