My 2015 Jeep Grand cherokee Laredo goes in to Sport mode by itself and I cant get it back into D mode when I hold the + paddle as the manual stated. I did it once and cannot get it to do it again.

What about just using the gear shifter to switch it back by popping it down into D again? The same way you got it into sport? If I continue to shift up on my paddle shifter, it has message saying nono!
