How to fix side to side play on rear tires of a 2005 amanti

2005 amanti, I can move both rear tires side to side if the tire are off the ground  (not Normal) When driving the rear of the car sways  dramatically almost violently left to right the tires seem to be moving in and out

rear lateral bar and trailing arm bushings cause this side to side movement problem, if the tire has play up and down movement it most likely would be the knee bushing or lower Ball Joint there is no rear axle on the amanti, if it was the hub bearing there would be a noticeable grinding with movement when turning the tire.

On A friends 2004 kia amani got rier ended rite on the back wheal bending the up rier end wheal and its rubing wat do i need to do to fix this problem . i have done thies kinds of things on older cars but never on a newer car . but im up for the challeng if i can just get some ideas it would help?
