please help i have a 94 lifted grand cherokee and not even a dealership can find a pcm for it

Check out www.car-part.com for starters. Whatever PCM you find will likely need to be flashed by the dealership in order to work for your specific vehicle. You'll have to pull your PCM and verify that the numbers on it match whatever one you find, since they are not interchangeable with other numbers of PCM. You might also try EBay.
