I have a 96 laredo and when I use the a/c i have 2 problems.

First off the blower will work for 5 minutes then sorta stops, it sounds like it is blowing like a banshee but very little air is flowing. Every once in awhile it starts working for a couple minutes and then stops again. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? The second is just that the air is only kinda cool. I am assuming it needs a recharge but was wondering how difficult that is?
