Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I went to a Dealer and i went in to ask a few
questions about a car he showed me helped get
finaced got aporoved, sent in all information in was
still waiting on bank i guess im still in the process
but the person who helped didnt tell me there was
something wrong with the transmission i havent
gotten any info back yet i havnt put any down
payment on the car can i still back out ? helppp
