1996 jeep grand cherokee limited v8 wants to overheat, i removed the therostat still overheats it has a new factory radiator and water pump

it runs ok for a while but overheats, water overflows from the overflow when it overheats, I removed the thermostat and it has a new factory radiator and water pump
