Howdy, I was wondering if you ever found a solution to this problem. I have a 2013 Chrysler 300S that just started doing the same thing.

Likely a wheel speed sensor needs to be replaced. Does the cruise control also not work?

I started having this issue as well as — if I don’t let the car sit for a minute the car will say “check transmission” and put start to turn off vehicle. When I cut the car off the shifter gets stuck in park ..

Had the same problem mechanic told me it was a bad sensor. I researched auto park disabled and it's all tied to the sensor. Once you get your sensor problem taken care of (it may not be bad just dirty) those problems should go away.
