There are tumblers inside your ignition switch that when the key presses them in, like a button, it activates the ding ding sound. As the vehicle ages, the tumblers tend to stick, but it can usually be fixed by using spray-lube in the ignition hole and then run the key in and out a few times.
Normally when I turn my key off and open my door it never did before now it is making the sound ding ding ding when the car is turned off it's never done that before
