Might be buying a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The owner says that there is a hissing noise when the brakes are not engaged and the fan to new radiator is not coming on. Are these reasonably fixable?

If you are buying the Jeep Grand Cherokee with the six cylinder motor they are relatively easy to fix. Radiator fan relay may need replacement which is very common (located behind the right front head light), or it might need a new fan. Would definitely have the hissing noise checked out asap if its brake related.
