jerk when put into drive with sound

i have ford fusion 2014 model.when i put from parking to drive position there is
a jerk with sound only sometimes.not all the times.kindly suggest me with a
solution.i changed mounting also.but no use.

Don't use an additive , there's no mechanic in a can .Make sure you have the proper tranny fluid and that it is nice and pink , if it smells burnt you should replace it , If you want get it in the air and run a tube down the filler neck for the tranny and to the ground , have a big enough pan under neath , get a siphon going to remove old fluid , it;ll take a while , or you can take it to a shop and pay , there's mixed opinions on the total fluid flushes , I have an old shop vac that I use to suck old fluid out but I should drop the pan and replace the filter on my older vehicles . They have a large surface area so I don't think it's necessary .
