The mechanism which operates the blend doors in your ac system has failed. This is a common problem. The plastic used was inferior and causes the blrnd doors to cease moving properly. Dont worry though. Your dash does not need to be removed. There is a fixing kit available from www.jgcparts.com. Their website also shows step by step instructions. It should take about 2 hours wiyh average ability. Or you can ask a mechanic to follow the instruction. Good luck.
